At a special meeting Wednesday, May 7, the Eufaula City Council hired Larry Mitchell as interim city manager to replace the city’s most recent interim city manager Andrea Weckmueller-Berhinger who resigned to become city manager of Eniss, Texas, south of Dallas.

Mitchell has been either a city manager or interim city manager at several Oklahoma cities, including Lawton. Watonga, Holdenville, Guymon, Okmulgee and Owasso.
