Terry Haskell Spradley, 81, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, in Muskogee. Terry was born on Sept. 16, 1943, in Eufaula, Oklahoma, the son of W.H. and Virginia (Robertson) Spradley.
He enlisted in the United States Army on March 14, 1962. While serving, Terry received the Good Conduct Medal and the Expert Rifle Award. He was honorably discharged on Feb. 23, 1965.
On July 16, 1975, Terry married Amelia Spinks in Clovis, New Mexico. Terry worked Sept. 16, 1943 – March 31, 2025 for BNSF Railroad for 38 years.
Terry enjoyed watching all sports, fishing, playing golf and spending time with his dog Sandy.
Survivors include his sons Bryan Spradley and wife Lori of Russellville, Arkansas and Ben Spradley and wife Belinda of Eufaula, Oklahoma; five grandchildren Cody, Jorgia, Dakotah, Micah and Kylee and one great-grandchild Loralie.
He is preceded in death by his parents W.H. and Virginia Spradley, two brothers David and Leonard, his wife Amelia and a son Micah.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Greenlawn Cemetery of Checotah under the direction of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
