Bobby Joe Frame II

Lifetime Checotah resident Bobby Joe Frame II peacefully left this life on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Saturday, March 14, 1959, in Muskogee to Bob and Joan Frame. Bobby graduated from Checotah High School in 1977.

He worked at Frame March 14, 1959 – Feb. 25, 2025

Lumber most of his life except for his service of two terms in the Oklahoma State House of Representatives.

In his spare time, he enjoyed growing vegetables, especially tomatoes and sharing them. He generously took care of his mother and his uncle, Red Peterson. Bobby loved nature, hunting, fishing and especially people. He was so proud of all his children and really adored his grandchildren. Bobby loved to watch his children play basketball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Joan Frame; his grandmother, Katy Peterson; and Uncle Red Peterson.

Bobby is survived by his children, Trey Frame (Olivia); Megan Frame; son-in-law Luis Albani; Allan Frame (Brenna); Tucker Frame (Hayley); Georgia Brinsfield (Mason); his sister, Diane Bertone of Farmington, Arkansas; brother Tim Frame and wife Cindy of Checotah, Oklahoma; and sister Becky Sovine and husband Andy of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kinlee, Kyson, Asher, Julian, Christian and Oaklee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and a lifetime of friends.

Services were held on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Checotah Church of Christ with Mr. Don Cherry and Mr. Cyrus Spears ministering. Committal prayers and interment followed at Greenlawn Cemetery in Checotah under the personal direction of John Garrett.

Serving as Casket Bearers were Mike Spradlin, Mike Hogan, Roy Matthews, Mike Mass, Clayton Cutbirth and Buzz Roberts. Charly Grey, Frank Mann, Randy Kindred and Cody Vinson served as Honorary Casket Bearers.
