The Class 3A-3 district was the only district to go undefeated in the first round of the OSSAA (Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association) State Football Playoffs on Nov. 15.
The state of Oklahoma has 44 districts ranging from Class 6A-I to Class C.
Class 3A-3 first round scores – one seed Lincoln Christian 62 four seed Jay 8, two seed Idabel 39 three seed Sequoyah Claremore 21, three seed Holland Hall 21 two seed Berryhill 13, four seed Checotah 35 one seed Cascia Hall 28.
Class 3A-3 quarterfinal games scheduled for Friday, Nov. 22 – one seed Lincoln Christian vs. 3A-1 three seed Pauls Valley, two seed Idabel at 3A-2 one seed Sulphur, three seed Holland Hall at 3A-I one seed Heritage Hall and four seed Checotah at 3A-2 three seed Bristow.
Teams that competed in Class 3A-3 district this season were Lincoln Christian, Idabel, Holland hall, Checotah, Stigler, Locust Grove, Muldrow and Eufaula.
