Eufaula senior Maddox Bridges received his second college offer to play football from Bethel College in Newton, Kansas. The threesport (track, football and basketball) athlete has huge potential and the skill set to play at the next level. Bridges is an excellent receiver and defensive back for the Ironhead football team. He also is a great basketball player and led Eufaula in scoring in the 2023-24 season.

Bridges has already received an offer from Hendrix College, a Division III school located in Conway, Arkansas. The future looks bright for the athlete who began playing varsity football two years ago.

“I’m happy for Maddox. He has a lot of talent and natural athleticism. He’s smart and would be an asset wherever he decides to play,” Eufaula head coach Larry Newton said.
