No. 15 Sooners vs. No. 7 Vols kickoff on ABC

The Oklahoma Sooners first Southeastern Conference game will go down in prime time. The SEC announced kickoff times and television assignments for Saturday, Sept. 21 on Monday and it has slotted the No. 15 Sooners’ matchup with No. 7 Tennessee to begin at 6:30 p.m.

The game will be televised nationally on ABC.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel, the quarterback of OU’s last national championship team in 2000 and a former Sooners offensive coordinator, returns for the first time since he was fired by Bob Stoops after the 2014 season.

OU leads the all-time series against Tennessee 3-1 and rests on a threegame winning streak.
