The Eufaula Memorial Library is temporarily closed for repairs and mold removal, but we have programs and library services at the Eufaula Community Center. While we are at the Community Center you can check books in and out, use Chromebooks, and attend programs. Follow us on Facebook for any updates.

We thank the City of Eufaula for repairing our building and allowing us to use the Eufaula Community Center for programs and library services.

The Whole Hawg Festival is next weekend! The Eufaula Memorial Library will be a cooling station for anyone who needs to beat the heat during the festival. We will have a craft for the kiddos to do and a pig sprinkler to cool you off. You can also get a cup of water or fill your own water bottle. Stop by anytime from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Here is the schedule for Summer Reading Programs for the week of July 22-26.

• Tuesday, July 23, Storyteller Brother John at the Community Center at 10 a.m. for all ages

• Wednesday, July 24, Solar ovens at 1 p.m. for ages 6-18

• Thursday, July 25, Storytime with special guest Hambone at 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for ages 0-5

You can check out eBooks, audiobooks, movies, and music through the Libby or Hoopla app. If you are not using them now would be a great time to try them out! Come to the Community Center and have one of our friendly staff members assist you.
