\As a Christian, I believe that Jesus was the most spectacularly unique person that has ever lived. Jesus came to Earth to save us. He did not come to save us from the political system. He did not come to save us from the economic system. He came to save us from ourselves and our sin.

Jesus is different because His life and ministry was focused on us not Himself. Jesus did not come to be served, but to serve.

Here are some reasons that Jesus is different. Jesus is different, because He loved us first. Jesus comes and lives in and empowers the Believer. God is not out there somewhere – He is at work in me and anyone who calls on His name.

Jesus is different, because He paid a price we owed, but could not pay.

Jesus is different, because He did not claim to be a holy man, prophet, teacher etc. He claimed to be God.

Jesus is different, because He has not given up on you.

Jesus is different, because He can make a difference.

Jesus is different, because you can know Him personally.

I hope any and every person who reads this seriously considers the claims of Jesus. If Jesus is who He claimed to be then life and eternity rest on Him.

I can tell you that placing your faith in Jesus Christ will transform who you are and where you are going. He provides comfort and hope in dark times.

I believe that God wants us to know and understand who He is and what He is doing.
