Sunny days and summer are almost here. We have many programs planned, and we have books, DVDs, and video games to check out at Eufaula Memorial Library. If you can’t make it in, download the Libby app or Hoopla to download ebooks, audiobooks, movies, and more!

On Tuesday, May 21, we will have a surplus sale in the Follansbee room. We will have a silent auction for items such as furniture and electronics. You can bid on items from 11 a.m. until 6:45 p.m. The person with the highest bid on each item will receive the item.

On Thursday, May 23, Eufaula Memorial Library is having our Summer Reading Kickoff Party from 4:30- 6 p.m. We will have popcorn, snow cones, and carnival games. You can also get signed up for the Beanstack app to record your summer reading minutes and get information about all our Summer Reading programs.

Friends of Eufaula Memorial Library (FEML) is looking for new members to join and continue to help build the library. Their next monthly program luncheon is at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 17. The meeting will be held at the Methodist Church Fellowship Hall at 251 Matthew Lane in Eufaula. Rhonda from the Eufaula Lake Association will be there to speak about what they have to offer for the community and PEO will provide lunch for a $6 donation.
