McIntosh County District Court Report

Clarification:

Due to a clerical error in the court database, the charge against Shannon Lance Carter was incorrectly stated in the March 21 issue of the newspaper. He was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
