Community service, educating the youth through football, and winning games are embedded into everybody top to bottom within the organization.

One thing is set in stone and never takes time off with the Bears, and that is, undoubtedly, dominance. Holding a 36-3 record, 4-1 record against their arch rival from Tulsa, three conference championships, three league championships, two bowl game victories, and a national championship with Kevin Cox as HC from 2019-2021.
