Rhonda Adams, Executive Director of the Lake Eufaula Association (LEA) since August, greeted visitors at LEA’s new headquarters, 851 N. Main St., during an open house event Saturday. The facility opened in June. She said visitors stopping by have more than doubled since moving into the new location. “We used to get three or four a week at the old building. We’ve had 30 to 40 this month during this time of the year. During the summer months we averaged between 60 and 70. It’s a huge change.” Future plans at the 6-acre site include a walking trail and a multicultural center.
