Shop Eufaula, have a chance to win $1,500

There is still time to take part in Vision Eufaula’s Shop Eufaula event, with an opportunity to win $1,500 to aid your Christmas shopping budget.

If you don’t win the big prize, you still may win a gift basket donated by local merchants.

Shop at participating stores from now up to Dec. 9 to get your tickets.

You will receive one ticket for each purchase of $0 to $9.99 worth of merchandise; two tickets for purchases totaling $10 to $19.99; and three tickets for purchases from $20 to $29.99.

You get one ticket just for walking into the store, even without making a purchase.

There is a maximum of 100 tickets per purchase.

Merchants will mark sales receipts so they cannot be used for more tickets.

You must be at least 18 to participate and win.

Government or school district purchases will not be available for drawings.

Participating businesses (owners, employees and their immediate family members) are not eligible to claim winning tickets from their own businesses or store. However, they may participate at other merchants.

You do not have to be present to win at the drawing on Dec. 9, however, the time frame to claim will be Dec.16.

The first round of winning tickets will be drawn at 10 a.m. at Legacy on Main Street during a Breakfast with Santa event, which begins at 9 a.m.

If the $1,500 grand prize is not claimed by 10 a.m. on Dec. 16, additional tickets will be drawn every business day at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. through Dec. 22 until all prizes are claimed.

If no one claims a prize before Christmas, the next drawings will happen on Jan. 2, 2024 Once the winning ticket numbers are announced they will be posted to the Vision Eufaula Facebook page (Facebook.com/VisionEufaula) and the Vision Eufaula website (visioneufaula. org). If you are not present but have a winning ticket on Dec. 9, call or text a picture of the winning ticket to 405-248-2992.
