Fish Bowl Big Bass Tournament Sept. 9-10

$33,000 guaranteed in payouts

The Toby Keith Foundation will be hosting The Fish Bowl Sept. 9-10 to raise funds for OK Kids Korral, cost-free home for children with cancer.

The event is a Big Bass tournament taking place at Lake Eufaula.

“Last year was our first year hosting our tournament at Lake Eufaula and it was a huge success! With the community support, we are very excited to see how the tournament grows this year.” said Shelby Bonsall, Development Associate for The Toby Keith Foundation.

The Fish Bowl Big Bass tournament will feature bi-hourly weighins each day with the top 5 from each weigh-in period winning a cash prize.

There will also be payouts for the top three Biggest Bass for the weekend.

The event guarantees $33,000 in payouts with two separate weighin locations at Eufaula Cove Pavilion (Swim Beach) and at Duchess Creek Marina in Porum.

The non-mandatory Captain’s Meeting and in-person registration will be held at Eufaula Cove Pavilion on Sept. 8 at 6 p.m. However, participants are encouraged to register early.

Both online and printable entries can be found at https://www. winningticket.com/fishbowl-2023 and www.tobykeithfoundation. org.

In support of the event, Watson Farms will be serving free BBQ sandwiches on Friday from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The public is welcome to grab a sandwich and check out the raffle items on display or watch the weigh-in.

Event sponsors include Precision Construction, The Fulkerson Family, Frontier State Bank, Applied Industrial Machining, Yamaha, Bank7, Cedar Creek, AFR Insurance Oklahoma Shirt Company, the City of Eufaula, Watson Farms, Lake Eufaula Association, ThruTubing Solutions, Barber & Bartz Attorneys at Law, ONEOK, Lakeview Grocery (Simple Simon’s Pizza), Eufaula Chamber of Commerce and Sammy’s Surf Shop.
