Betty Eugene Napier, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Betty was born on March 15, 1942, in Fame, Oklahoma, to Charlie and Lillian Mae (Earls) Fowler. She attended school at Fame and Stidham Schools.

Betty worked as a CNA for several years. She worked as a bartender for the VFW for over 20 years and even owned her own bar for several years. Betty was the best pool player in Eufaula. She had a glowing personality and a joke to boot. She was a great Magaw.
Betty is survived by her son Michael Eugene Herndon of Eufaula; daughters, Starla McKeefer and husband Dusty of Eufaula, Karen Denise Wolfe of Muskogee, Antoinette Renee Fairchilds and husband Jimmy of Texas, and Annette (Pumpkin) Burton and husband David of Arkansas; brother, Sam Fowler and wife Patsy of Council Hill; 17 grandchildren, and 25 greatgrandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Lillian Fowler; son, Brian Keith Herndon; 15 brothers and sisters, and two grandchildren.
A memorial service was held 10 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Kelley Memorial Chapel under the direction of Dusty McKeefer.
