It never fails to impress me how quickly Christmas seems to happen and is over, especially since the pre-holiday season seems to literally go on for months. We put so much time and energy into preparing our hearts and minds and households and churches for Christmas, but then after “the big day,” it all seems to mysteriously and instantly disappear.
