Checotah senior forward Olivia Clayton earned a spot on the All Regional basketball team. The Oklahoma Girls Basketball Coaches Association voted Clayton, a 6’3” forward, who helped lead the Lady Wildcats to a 13-13 record and back-to-back district championships. Clayton was sensational in the paint for the Lady Wildcats. Clayton led the team in blocks with 54 and 54 deflections. She made 197 rebounds, (51 offensive rebounds and 146 defensive rebounds) 27 steals, shot 50% from the freethrow line, 16.7% from three-point range, scored 307 points, played all 26 games and finished her high school career with 48.8% shooting from the field in 2020. Clayton will continue her basketball career at the University of Tulsa.
