Explain your positions on economic development as it pertains to rural Oklahoma in general and McIntosh County in particular.
Economic development in McIntosh County should involve the Lake Eufaula area and tourism. We need to fund the tourism to bring more to the area. We also need to look at other industries that want to locate to eastern Oklahoma. We have to properly fund public education and Career Tech. When looking at moving to an area the first thing most companies want to look at is the local education system.
