EFUMC Men Host ‘Chili for the 180’ Fundraiser
An evening of fellowship, food and community spirit is set to bring Eufaula together later this month as the EFUMC United Methodist Men host their “Chili for the 180” Building Fund Dinner.
The event, scheduled for Thursday, March 27, from 5 to 8 p.m., will take place at 251 Mathews Lane and is designed to be more than just a meal. Organizers say it’s a chance to build connections while supporting the future of the church.
“This is more than a fundraiser,” the flyer reads. “It’s a culturebuilding evening of fellowship, music, generosity, and shared mission.”
Guests can expect a full homemade dinner featuring chili, fresh salad and cornbread, along with live music. The evening will also include a dessert auction and a live auctioneer, offering attendees a fun and interactive way to give back.
Tickets are priced at $15 for adults, $8 for children ages 10 and under, with a family maximum of $40, making it an affordable night out for families across the community.
All proceeds from the event will go toward EFUMC’s “180 Building Fund Initiative,” aimed at supporting future improvements and growth for the church.
With good food, live entertainment and a shared purpose, “Chili for the 180” promises to be a warm and welcoming evening and a meaningful investment in the future of the EFUMC community.
