The 110th meeting of Oklahoma’s longest uninterrupted rivalry takes place this Friday (Nov. 7) at Paul Bell Stadium in Eufaula. There are no sugar coating stats. They are what they are but for the most part you can throw those out when it comes to this game. It came down to the last seconds last year in a rain storm the Wildcats topped the Ironheads to win 13-12.
Eufaula has a lot of pride in trying to give the Wildcats another loss on their record while Checotah is looking to win their third consecutive game against the Ironheads. Both teams had tough physical games last week and coaches will need all their players healthy and primed ready to go. With the record 55-53-1 overall with Checotah leading in the victories look for fans on both sides to fill Paul Bell stadium. Who will win the McIntosh County Championship trophy this year?
