Regard: Technician, Marcus Ford, Blackburn Plumbing & Air of Eastern Oklahoma, LLC First, I must say that I have not filled out the survey you sent to my e-mail, simply because I do not like to do that sort of thing on my phone, especially since you say that by responding, I accept that my e-mail address will be made public. I deleted it, without even looking at it. Therefore, I do not know what kind of questions you asked. However, I would like to make my feelings about your service and particularly about Marcus Ford known to you.

I appreciate that the person who answered my many calls, as I remembered things I wanted to be sure were considered in repairing my plumbing, was so patient and cheerful, and made notes of all my requests. Marcus let me know that he had been made aware of all those requests, and I appreciated that the messages had gone all the way through the system to the one who would be doing the work.

Marcus is an extremely amiable person, and a joy to be around. I know life can be rough, but I hope he can weather it, and always remain the beautiful person he is. I appreciated that he called each time to let me know he was on his way, and the office also texted me regarding the same. He seems skillful, confident and conscientious. I am writing this before he has finished the job, because I want to hand it to him with my check, and hope he will present it to whomever pays attention to those surveys. Although I am writing this before the job is complete, he is in the process of doing the work, and I sincerely expect that I will be well pleased with the outcome, because everything about him instills confidence in his ability to do the work well. I f, when the job is done, I do have any problems, I feel inclined to say it will not be Marcus’s fault. He is tackling a big and tedious job. I have put it off for years, believing in my heart it probably could not be done. Even so, if I do have problems, I will notify you, and hope we can work them out.

UPDATE: May 15, 2025 – my confidence in Marcus was well-justified. He finished the job, as big as it was, in an extremely patient, timely and efficient manner; and I am well- pleased. I truly appreciate Marcus and your service.
