Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC) is excited to announce the launch of our latest initiative, a new electric outage texting program. This innovative service aims to enhance our members’ experience by providing real-time outage alerts and reporting capabilities directly through text messaging.
Scheduled to launch on Friday, March 1, 2024, the electric outage texting program represents CVEC’s commitment to leveraging advanced technology to improve our services and foster better communication with our valued members.
Through this program, CVEC members will receive timely outage notifications and updates via text messages, allowing for swift response and resolution during power outages. By harnessing the power of text messaging, CVEC aims to provide a more efficient and convenient outage reporting process, ultimately enhancing member satisfaction.
