Any time a student-athlete gets a scholarship to compete at the next level is special but it’s even more so when they come from a twostreet light town like Eufaula or Checotah. Between the Ironheads and Wildcats, both schools combine to send four football players to the next level. Checotah has a student in cross-country that received a scholarship, another in women’s basketball and another in women’s golf and possibly a baseball player.
