Checotah’s Elisabeth Ortiz set a school record in the 100 breaststroke (1:45.62) and took third place at the Fort Gibson Swim Meet. She also placed fourth in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:17.32. This is the Wildcats’ first year to compete in swimming.
