If you’re a fan of tight games and good competition you would have loved Tuesday’s last minute game between the Checotah Wildcats (0-3) and Red Oak. Checotah was scheduled to play Poteau but the Pirates had to cancel because of Covid-19 quarantine. Checotah head coach Jim Glover managed to schedule Red Oak at the last minute. It was a battle from the start as the first period ended 7-4 in favor of the Lady Wildcats. But Red Oak battled back to trail only 17-11 at the halftime break.
