This past Sunday we celebrated the Feast of Pentecost, when the power and presence of God’s Holy Spirit officially came down to live in Jesus’ disciples (Acts 2:1-11). These men and women were completely transformed by the Spirit now abiding in them. Now bold, confident and courageous, they would use every gift and ability God gave them to go out and witness to the love of God and bring people into his kingdom.
