Remember Jesus’ parable about the man who entrusted three of his servants with enormous sums of money then went away for a long time? The two servants who received greater amounts of money invested the money and doubled it, but the servant who received the least amount buried the money until his master’s return. The master rewarded the first two servants but angrily chastised the third and threw him out of the house (Matthew 25:14-30).
