The McIntosh County Health Department and the Mc-Intosh County Coalition for a Healthy Community are inviting residents to take part in a Community Health Needs Assessment. The survey will help identify factors that affect health in McIntosh County, such as housing, income, and access to medical care.
“We want to hear from as many McIntosh County residents as possible,” said Daniel Ortiz, Oklahoma State Department of Health Community Epidemiologist. “The information we receive from this survey will be used to guide the health department’s outreach strategy and decision- making on issues that mean the most to residents.”
To take the survey, residents who are 18 years of age and older can visit: https://brnw. ch/McIntoshCHD.
