Eufaula track team places fifth at McAlester Track Meet

The Eufaula Ironheads track team competed against some of the best athletes in eastern Oklahoma Friday at the McAlester track meet. Eufaula placed fifth as a team. Eufaula placed first in the 4×100 meter relay, Broc Martin placed first in the 100-meter dash and Peter Lee placed first in the 200-meter dash.

“Proud of our boys track today at McAlester. We placed 5th overall as a team. Not bad for having to be extra creative this year with everything being remodeled at school,” Eufaula head coach Larry Newton said.

The following boys placed in their respective event.
