Lake Eufaula Association announces the 5th annual Green Run

The Lake Eufaula Association is excited to announce the 5th Annual Green Run, happening Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Lake Eufaula Pavilion. This lively St. Patrick’s–themed event features a USATF-sanctioned 5K and a Fun Run, welcoming runners, walkers, families, and anyone ready to celebrate in green.

The race kicks off at 9 a.m., followed by a morning packed with food trucks, local vendors, wellness activities, and a local DJ keeping the St. Paddy’s spirit alive. Costumes are highly encouraged, and rewarded, with fan-favorite contests throughout the event.

Pet costume contest sponsored by Lake Dog Dress up your furry friends and let them steal the show! All costume contest entries must be submitted by 9 a.m. via Facebook Messenger.

The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line. After crossing the finish line, participants and spectators are invited to keep the celebration going at the official Green Run After Party at Tavern 9, featuring Green Beer Specials to toast a great race and an even better cause.

More Than a Race

Now in its fifth year, the Green Run has become a beloved Lake Eufaula tradition,blending fitness, fun, and community pride. Whether you’re racing for a personal record, enjoying a casual walk, or cheering on friends and family, this event delivers a memorable experience for all ages.

Organizers are still seeking vendors and sponsors.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to join the fun. Vendor booth spaces are available, offering excellent exposure to participants and spectators.

In addition, sponsorship opportunities are open at multiple levels, providing a great way to support a signature community event while promoting your business to hundreds of attendees and their supporters. Event Details at a Glance
