OKLAHOMA CITY – Guiding Right Inc., one of Oklahoma’s longest standing community health organizations focused on HIV prevention and care was notified last night, January 13, that its federal grant supporting the THRIVE program has been abruptly terminated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), effective immediately (January 13).
