Louella “Hokte Fvske” Niswonger age 82, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026 in the Special Care Unit of Eufaula Manor in Eufaula, Oklahoma. She was born January 19, 1943 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Eleanor Brown Sulphur and Woodrow Wilson Sulphur, being the second of ten children.
