Families gathered at Kiwanis Park on Thursday, Dec. 18, to celebrate the holiday season with festive cheer and a cup of Christmas cheer. The Eufaula Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Hot Chocolate with the Chamber event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., bringing together community members for an evening of free fun and holiday magic.

Children delighted in visits with Santa Claus, complete with sleigh, while families enjoyed hot dogs and plenty of hot chocolate.

One special guest stole the spotlight— Rose the Reindeer.

Rose has become a beloved tradition at festive gatherings around the Eufaula area. With her gentle coaxing of an animal cracker or two, she delights children and adults alike, posing for photos and reminding everyone of the magic of the season.

The chamber event was made possible by generous support from local sponsors, including The Patch, City of Eufaula, Parker Brothers Roofing, and Peter Lee.

As the night wrapped up, it was clear that the true gift of the season was the joy of coming together as a community.
