The Southeastern Oklahoma Board of REALTORS has always believed in the importance of giving back to the communities they serve. This commitment was once again demonstrated at the annual Christmas Party & Inaugural, held Friday, Dec. 5, at the McAlester Country Club.
Connie Campbell explained that SOAR members raised a total of $2,830 which will be split between God’s Helping Hands in Eufaula and Hope House in McAlester. Local REALTORS take pride in supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact across the region.
SOAR officers Stephanie Sellers, Bill Chaney and Connie Campbell were present to deliver the donation check to Richard McCool, Director of God’s Helping Hands and Jason Burns, Board Member of God’s Helping Hands, plus staff members.
“We consider it a privilege to be able to donate to such dedicated organizations,” Campbell said. “Our members truly care about strengthening and supporting the communities where we live and work.”
