The Belt Foundation, led by the families of brothers Gary Moores and Mark Dobbs, proudly unveiled a banner that will hang in Perry Anderson Gymnasium—an enduring symbol of their unwavering commitment to Eufaula Public Schools.
But this story goes far beyond a financial gift.
Moores and Dobbs are Eufaula through and through. Both are proud graduates who chose to raise their families here, watching their children grow into leaders and contributors within the same community that shaped them. Their legacy continues through service, with Mark’s sons, Braddock and Mason, giving back in meaningful ways—Braddock on the Eufaula School Board and Mason on the Eufaula City Council.
Their focus has always been simple and steadfast: do what’s best for Eufaula’s students and the city they call home.
Over the years, the Moores and Dobbs families have played a key role in major improvements across the district, from donating land to helping make the football fieldhouse a reality and supporting upgrades at Paul Bell Stadium. Their impact can be seen not just in buildings and facilities, but in opportunities created for generations of students.
They aren’t just supporters of Eufaula Public Schools—they are builders of its future.
