MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jason Duane Henrichs, age 47, of Checotah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information of one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine, punishable by 5 to 40 years in prison and a $5,000,000 fine.
The Information alleged that on November 22, 2022, Henrichs knowingly and intentionally distributed 5 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II con- trolled substance.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
The Honorable Jason A. Robertson, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.
A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Henrichs will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing.
