Ryan Troy Dick pled guilty Thursday, Sept. 18, in McIntosh County District Court to charges of “nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images” and “recording, distributing and transmitting obscenity.”
District Judge Michael Hogan sentenced the 52-year-old Sallisaw resident to 10 years in prison, with the first year to be served in the McIntosh County jail and the remaining time suspended.
Dick has been in jail since his arrest on Feb. 3.
Prosecutors allege he sent indecent photographs and videos to a former girlfriend and her mother, both of whom live on Texanna Road near Eufaula.
Dick allegedly sent via Facebook Messenger the unsolicited photos of his genitalia and videos of the couple having intercourse.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Deputy Bradley Smith, Smith was contacted by the girl’s mother on Dec. 12, 2024, who showed him the unsolicited photos and videos.
The ex-girlfriend identified the suspect by the images, which included a picture of his left wrist that contained a tattoo with flames.
She claimed Dick had stalked her since December 2017, according to the court records.
