Free cleanup day Oct. 11

A free disposal event for the public will be held from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 11 sponsored by District 2 County Commissioner Clifford McElhaney.

There will be roll-offs stationed at the City’s Public Works yard on SH 9 west; also at Posey Park and Osborn Park.

No tires, brush or hazardous waste.
