Eufaulan bound over for trial

McALESTER – Following a hearing on Monday, sept. 8, Eufaula resident Billy D. Mitchell Jr. was bound over for trial in Pittsburg County District Court on charges of kidnapping, assault and battery and 3rd degree arson.

District Court arraignment has been set for 9 a.m., Oct. 1.

The Court denied a motion to reduce the amount of Mitchell’s $100,000 bond.
