September fun at the Eufaula Memorial Library

September is packed with activities at the Eufaula Memorial Library, and there’s something for everyone — kids, teens, and adults alike!

Build, Create, Imagine!

Lego lovers, it’s your time to shine! Join us for Primary Lego Day on Thursday, September 4, at 4:30 p.m., and don’t forget Teen Lego Day on Friday, September 12, at 3:30 p.m. Bring your creativity and see what amazing builds you can dream up!

Book Clubs for Every Reader

Romance readers, the Happily Ever After Book Club is kicking off its very first meeting on Tuesday, September 9, at 2 p.m. They’re currently reading “Book Lovers” by Emily Henry, and members can pick up October’s selection at the meeting.

If mysteries are more your style, the Pages Through the Ages Book Club is reading Richard Osman’s “The Thursday Murder Club”. Their next meeting is Thursday, September 18, at 2 p.m. Come for the discussion — and stay for the laughs and good company!

Stay Active, Stay Social

The library is more than just books! We offer a variety of exercise programs each week to keep you moving. Yoga meets every Tuesday at 9 a.m., and SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) is held Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Whether you’re stretching or strengthening, you’ll leave feeling energized.

Storytime for the Little Ones

Don’t forget Storytime every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. It’s the perfect chance for young readers to explore new stories, sing songs, and make new friends.

With books, activities, and programs for all ages, there’s no better place to spend your September than the Eufaula Memorial Library. Stop by, join the fun, and see what we have in store — there truly is something for everyone this month!

The Friends of Eufaula Memorial Library (FEML) will hold their next meeting on Friday, September 19, at 1 p.m. Following the meeting, Jennifer Saenz and Vicky Watson from the Five Civilized Tribes Museum will present a special program. For more information about FEML, please contact Gail Rose at FEML@gmail.com.
