Kansas City Outlaws conclude 2025 PBR teams season opener a perfect 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – As the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Camping World Team Series’ Wildcatter Days, presented by Beaver’s Bend Cabin Country, concluded Sunday afternoon at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, the Kansas City Outlaws remained the league’s only undefeated team, winning alongside the Carolina Cowboys, Arizona Ridge Riders, Texas Rattlers and Austin Gamblers.

In the Show Me Showdown rivalry, the Kansas City Outlaws beat their instate rival Missouri Thunder 260.5-174, improving to 3-0 in 2025. The league’s No. 1 ranked team was powered by qualified rides from Sandro Batista, Koltin Hevalow and Maikon Calixton Rocha in the game’s opening three frames. Missouri left Oklahoma 1-2 ranked No. 7 in PBR Teams.

Following a scoreless loss Saturday evening, the Carolina Cowboys rebounded by beating the then undefeated Florida Freedom in commanding fashion, 263-84.75. Improving to 2-1 in 2025, and now ranked No. 3 in the league, Carolina’s difference makers were Cooper Davis, Alisson de Souza and Daylon Swearingen. Florida went 2-1 in Oklahoma to be ranked No. 6 in the league.

Keyshawn Whitehorse propelled the Arizona Ridge Riders to a walk-off win Sunday afternoon with a ride in the bottom of the fifth to beat the New York Mavericks 72.75-0. Arizona finished the season’s opening weekend 2-1, ranked No. 5 in PBR Teams, while New York was shut out going 0-3, unable to register any qualified rides, and are No. 10 in PBR Teams.

In one of the closest games of the weekend, the Texas Rattlers held off the Nashville Stampede to win their second game of the season by 2.25 points, 176.75-174.5. Texas’ 8-second efforts were logged by Brady Fielder, posting just the second 90-point ride of the season and highest score of the weekend, and Dawson Branton. The Rattlers return to Texas with a 2-1 record, ranked No. 2 in PBR Teams, while the Stampede slipped to 1-2, No. 8 in the league.

In Sunday’s final game the host Oklahoma Wildcatters were unable to break their losing slump against the league’s reigning Champion Austin Gamblers. Following a critical score from Guilherme Valleiras in the second, Oklahoma was shut out and defeated by Austin 84.5-174.5. The Wildcatters are 0-3 this season, ranked No. 9 in PBR Teams, while Austin is 2-1 and No. 4 in the league.

Following a oneweek break, the PBR Camping World Team Series next travels to Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia, for the first neutral site event of the season on July 26-27.
