The theme of the meeting was Red, White and Blue in anticipation of the 4th of July.

Our hostesses, Carol Evans and Joy Hamilton, did a bang-up job of decorating with stars, flags, candy and flowers.

One of the door prizes was a wooden standup of Uncle Sam.

Our guest speaker was Selina Dornan. At present she is the drama coach at Eufaula High School and Eufaula Middle School.

Selina has a rich past and was once a makeup consultant to wellknown actors.

Her topic was: I am sixty and I know it! Her presentation was full of information about skin health. Selina started with hydrate, exfoliate and always keep something on your lips. Her facial oil of choice is castor oil, and she treats her face twice daily to a massage with the oil. Selina uses a variety of brands but has a few favorites: make-up and powder from Laura Geller, eyeliner from Merle Norman and concealer from Amazon. Thank you, Selina, for all of the tips!

July 22 is our next meeting at the VFW.
