It’s almost summertime and the members of McIntosh County GOP are excited about everything we have coming up.

We would love to hear your ideas too, but for starters we will be set up at both the “Old Settler Days” in Checotah and “Whole Hawg Days” in Eufaula this summer and we’ll have lots of fun trinkets for the kids so please stop by and say hi.

We will probably join in on a parade and we are thinking we might even have an old-fashioned picnic with free BBQ for all at some point as well.

Stay tuned for all the details, but in the meantime, we are looking forward to seeing you at Old Settler Days in June and then our next meeting on June 26!

We are jazzed that our brand new Senator Bryan Logan was sworn in last week — that was an exciting day at the Capitol because we had a huge number of our OKGOP Grassroots Youth and I’m here to tell you that those youth are BEYOND EXCITED.

Their enthusiasm is contagious, maybe we can get them down here to ride in a parade sometime this summer.
