Rylee McNeill of Eufaula had to battle the harsh elements and stiff competition Monday at the OSSAA State Golf Championship at the Shawnee Country Club on Monday. With rain and winds blowing across the golf course, McNeill shot a 100. Officials cancelled Tuesday’s event due to storms and lightning, forcing McNeill to settle for a round total of 100.
