Run off for Senate District 8

There will be a runoff in Senate District 8 between republicans Bryan Logan (1,477 or 40.26 percent) and David Nelson (1,181 or 31.61 percent on April 1. The winner of that race will face the democrat and the independent in a general election in may or June. Hoss received 35.25 percent in McIntosh county and roughly 18 percent in the overall district.
