This is the ballot voters will see when they go to the polls for the special primary election for the Senate District 8 seat on March 4.

All of the names on the ballot are Republicans. Only one Democrat, Nathan Brewer of Henryetta, and one Independent, Steve Sanford, also of Henryetta, filed for the office left vacant last November when incumbent Republican Roger Thompson resigned.

If necessary, a primary runoff will be held on April 1.

The general election will be held on May 13, when the names of Brewer and Sanford will appear on the ballot.
