Everyone is invited to the first annual Blessing of the Animals at Trinity Episcopal Church, Sunday, Oct. 6 from 12-2 p.m. on the church’s front lawn. “We love and welcome all God’s creatures, great and small and look forward to welcoming them and their humans to our Pet Blessing! If your animals don’t like traveling or maybe they don’t have people skills, you are welcome to bring a picture of them instead,” said Mother Therese Starr, pastor at Trinity.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, all animals need to be on a leash or in a crate, and always under the owner’s control.
