David Samuel “Tony” Spirlock, 80, of California, passed away Sept. 5, 2024. Tony was born on Jan. 28, 1944, in McIntosh County, the son of Bennett Lee and Doris Lucille (Martin) Spirlock. He attended Stidham Public Schools and became a member of the Army National Guard. He then attended OSU Okmulgee where he earned a degree in Diesel Mechanics.
Survivors include: life partner of over 40 years, Nancy of the home; sons, Randy Leeper and wife Teresa of Eufaula, Christopher Vosberg Jan. 28, 1944 – Sept. 5, 2024
of Hesperia, Calif.; daughters, Sheryl Evans and husband Rusty of Sand Springs, Lori Spirlock-Bevenue of Eufaula; step-daughterin- law, Tiffany Vosberg of California; brother, John Spirlock and wife Coleen of Eufaula; sister, Ginger Johnson of Eufaula; four grandchildren, Brettlyn Bevenue of Tulsa, Trey Bevenue of Tulsa, Vada Bevenue of Edmond and David Osten of Eufaula.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Jerry and Arvil Spirlock and a stepson, Kevin Vosberg.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at the Little Coweta Indian Baptist Church with Reverend Gary Hawkins officiating.
Services are under the direction of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
