Many people don’t go to church on Sunday morning, but those same people usually eat breakfast or brunch. Lake Eufaula Christian Church invites all in that category to have breakfast with them on Easter morning, March 31.

“We invite you and your family to join us as we celebrate the most powerful and hopeful story that has ever been given to the world,” said Minister Jeremy Little.

Festivities will begin with a Resurrection Egg Hunt for children at 9:45 a.m.

In lieu of the usual small group Bible study at 10 a.m. with the usual coffee and donuts, all will enjoy an Easter Feaster brunch catered by E’s Hideaway.

This special gathering time of food and fellowship will offer an opportunity for family photos. The 11 a.m. worship service will feature a dramatic performance by LECC’s Kids Ministry and Awaken Student Ministry.

“We wanted to do something we’d never seen done at LECC to celebrate the conquering of death and the gift of eternal life available through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” Little said. “He is risen!”
