A single vehicle accident in McCurtain County on Saturday claimed the lives of three people, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Dead are Collyn R. White, 21, of Idabel; Brianna Ruth White, 23, of Broken Bow and Ricky Kennybrew, 36, of Idabel.
Collyn White was the driver of a 2020 Nissan Rogue that was westbound on SH87, at about 5 a.m. Nov. 4. The vehicle failed to negotiate a curve to the right and departed roadway to the left, striking a tree on the passenger side.
There were five passengers in the vehicle, in addition to Brianna White and Kennybrew: – Rosalind Martinez, 39, who was transported by Air Evac to a medical center in McKinney, Texas, where she was admitted in stable condition.
– Jamea Booth, 18, who was flown to the medical center in McKinney, where she was treated and released.
– Jakavian Matthews, 20, of Broken Bow, who was treated and released at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel.
